New Blog! (Again!)

Once again, my previous blog host went belly up.  The last time this happened, I had some warning and was able to retrieve an archive of all of my past posts.  This time, no such luck — I’ve lost everything from past years.

OK, I didn’t really blog all that much anyway, but it’s the principle of the thing, isn’t it?  And I keep telling myself the story that I will make this a more regular part of my life.  You never know, right?

I decided that the safest way to deal with this new change was to choose a blog host who was likely to be around as long as I will be, so hence Tumblr.  We’ll see how this goes.  I’m still trying to figure out all of the options and tweaks to the theme I’ve chosen, so expect some bumps along the road and some changes to the look of the site as we move along here.
